Testing
Our fully qualified inspection engineers can offer a wide range of testing services; ranging from small domestic flats, commercial applications and industrial 3-phase installations.
Periodic Inspections
Periodic inspections reports (PIR) are a quick and simple, impartial way, of determining in detail whether your property complies to current safety regulations.
When a report is completed it is issued to the person who has ordered the work. If your property has passed, you will be provided with a certificate to verify the engineer’s observations, or similarly, if your property requires a few minor repairs or upgrades we have the knowledge and expertise to get your installation in full working order.
Certification
To comply with stringent electrical regulations and building control, we achieve compliance by either commissioning work (s) by ourselves and inspecting electrical work completed by outside parties. After which, we can provide you with appropriate completion or minor works certificates. Furthermore, if an outside party has failed to meet your requirements, we can re-inspect such work and, if necessary, repair and certify as per order.
We are also happy to provide e-certificates.
Fault Finding
Our engineers relish a challenge! However complicated the problem, our engineers are available 24 hours to help in event of a fault.
Whether you are experiencing power loss, tripping fuses, bulb failure, arching or are even concerned what smell is coming from your fusebox, we’ve seen it all before, and know exactly how to re-instate your system and get the job sorted.
For peace of mind we do not charge call out fees, and have a pre-fixed hourly rate, so call now and challenge us!
